Multimedia version of update


  Hello,
 
Well, the farm is quiet again except for the song birds and the holy spirit moving in the trees when the wind stirs, but if you listen real hard you can almost hear the last strains of the music still fading from Nowhere Else Festival three weeks ago.
 
And what a gathering it was. So grateful for all of you who joined us, and the game is already afoot for next year. Stay tuned.

Yesterday evening, our favorite time of light made everything glow. It's hard to leave the farm when everything illuminates. But we'll be making our way to Barnesville, Ohio, this weekend for Mama B's Memorial Service. Karin has been writing the eulogy, which she will read. And if she's up for it, she'll lean into a rendition of Only God Can Save Us Now.  We'll see.

And then we need to go find a change of scenery and just play some music for awhile. Some beautiful listening rooms, tucked away theaters, dance halls, city wineries and a couple of places we've never been - all comin' right up.
 
Pour me a glass of wine, talk deep into the night, who know what we'll find.
 
Gather a few friends together and plan a summer evening with us. We've got suitcases full of songs. We do hope to see you.
