Somewhere in SET 2, Jack and Linford did a little jam session... I forget
in between which songs. It was fun. As for SET 1, I don't remember
hearing "Cast Me Away;" so maybe they didn't play it, or maybe I fell
asleep...

The three new ones in a row Show/Green/Nothing were cool. Jack's guitar
tone on several of them were what Bruce referred to as "porno guitar."
Twas humourous. They were good songs anyway. The first two new songs at
the beginning of the SET 1 were good, too... but kinda mellow. They were
nice, though.

Ah... I think this show made up my mind that I'm gonna try to make it to
the Sunday show in Columbus...

Have fun everybody at the Kent gig!!!

I'm pretty sure the song name is "Green Clouded Swallowtail". Not only did
they play that at Kaldi's (ahem!) weeks earlier, but Linford announced the
title like 5 times on Friday.

And they DID play "Cast me Away" in the first set. Beautiful.

You shoulda mentioned the fact that Latter Days had no piano in their
version.

Lucy was the song with the extended jam.

I thought it was funny when, in the "do do do do doo" part of the live
Faithfully Dangerous, due to some technical difficulty, Jack wasn't playing
much, so Karin said "do doo doo do something!"... But them I'm easily
amused.

It was weird how Karin said "this song will probably be out on our next
album" before they played Goodbye. Do they not know that the Roaring Lambs
CD came out??

Jay Harnish and I spoke today; he played his version of "Murder" for Linford
at the Brady's show; Linford liked it and wanted some MP3s of some of the
tracks on the tribute CD as a teaser for the overtherhine.com website; which
Jay and I are providing him...
