It was my first "Sunday Soiree"---It was very good---even if a bit bittersweet since the event marked the formal end of Mickey Grimm's stint as the group's drummer.
The church is a beautiful old building. I like the "well worn" ambiance of the place. The lighting, while mimimal--- helped set a nice feel for the show.
I know that from now on--as long as they continue doing it and I can make it to these special weekends--I won't miss them anymore.
For anyone who is an OtR fan and for some reason hasn't made it to "The
Homecoming"--if at all possible---try to get to Cincinnati for it---it
will be well worth your while.
